Galactic Civilizations II is now only a week away from release.  But it will have been 12 years since it's original release back in 1994 for IBM's OS/2.  How things have changed in that time.  The gang has put together a feature that talks about the history of the game from its humble OS/2 beginnings as well as Stardock's OS/2 game development days.
