We have put up the 1.4 release candidate on Stardock Central. There may be some issues with starting a campaign but we thought we'd give users a crack at trying it out before the official release this next week.

Note that no gameplay changes will be made, we just want to make sure it's compatible as there was a lot of code put into 1.4 to help with foreign language versions of the game that may have side effects that we haven't considered.
