Well respected skinner/developer Redlar has created and recently updated his fantastic freeware screenshot making utility.  Features include save to clipboard, save to file (multiple image file types supported), multi-monitor awareness, virtual screen grabbing, thumbnailing, watermarking, and a small resources footprint.  Check it out.
